Kharkiv region
The occupiers launched the first missile strikes on Kharkiv and the region around 4:00 a.m., initially with missiles of the S-300 class. At least 12 "arrivals" were recorded, the targets were objects of critical infrastructure. Fires broke out in several places and were quickly extinguished by the fire brigades of the State Emergency Service. Emergency and stabilization shutdowns have been introduced in the region, and about 150,000 subscribers remain without electricity in Kharkiv.
Around 10:30 a.m., the insurgents launched another rocket attack. In the Kharkiv district, 8 civilians were wounded, two of them in serious condition.
Victims: 8 wounded, data to be confirmed.
