While advancing on Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk, russian troops continue massive shelling of residential areas. 12 civilians died in Sievierodonetsk in just 24 hours. Another person died in Hirne.

During the day, more than 60 residential buildings were destroyed in the region. «Residential buildings are destroyed and burnt out. In some places there are entire streets, as in Nyrkove - five housing estates in a row. In Zolote - six, in Vrubivka - three, and three more in Rubizhne. It is impossible to count the damage in Toshkivka, where hostilities continue», said Serhii Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

Victims: 12 people died.
