In Saltivka neighbourhood, the largest residential area in Kharkiv
Several high-rise residential buildings are burning at once by artillery shells hitting. Eyewitnesses report at least 6 large-scale fires. As a result of the shelling of Russian artillery, more than 40 fires broke out in the city in just an hour, most of them in the Saltivka residential area.
Victims (primarily data): at least 3 people died.
The number of victims and injured is being specified.
