Since the morning of December 4, the occupiers have already shelled the Nikopol region 5 times. We hit Nikopol itself and the Intercession community. An enemy shell killed a 23-year-old man, the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported.
“A 23-year-old man died in the village of Kapulovka. He was busy in his yard when a Russian shell hit it. There is destruction. The details of the attacks are being clarified,” the Dnepropetrovsk OVA said in a statement.
