Okhtyrka, Sumy region

On the night of March 24, Russian troops shelled Okhtyrka in the Sumy region, from weapons prohibited by international law. At least 15 multi-storey and private houses were destroyed. Also, as a result of the shelling, the local thermal power station was completely destroyed. The city was cut off from the sewerage, water and electrical supply.
