On February 10, the Russian military fired several times at the city of Volchansk in the Chuguevsky district, including an airstrike. As a result of the shelling, apartment buildings, industrial facilities, the Oschadbank building, a pharmacy, a kindergarten and other civilian facilities were damaged. Apartment buildings also collapsed in the village of Odnorobovka, Zolochiv community, Bogodukhovsky district. In the city of Kupyansk, seven private houses were damaged.
