Shostka, Sumy region
On December 31, Russian troops fired 13 missiles at Shostka. Critical infrastructure facilities were destroyed. The blast wave damaged 12 high-rise buildings, 3 private houses, 2 educational institutions, garages, fences and other outbuildings. No people were injured.
