“He should have shot me”: 83-year-old woman admitted that she was raped by a russian soldier

Vera, 83, a retired teacher, told reporters about the atrocities committed by russian soldiers during the occupation of her village. “He grabbed my neck from behind, I began to choke, I could not breathe. After he raped me, I asked, “I'm old enough to be your mother. Would you let this happen to your mother?" He made me shut up.

According to the woman, after the incident, he took a bottle of vodka, fired three shots into the air and left. Her disabled husband was in the house at the time.

“He should have shot me. I wish he'd rather kill me. Now I don't feel anything. I have nothing,” the woman says.
