Izium, Kharkiv region.
The situation in Izyum is no better than in Mariupol, according to Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Matsokin. The city has been under siege for 2 weeks now. People were left without water, light, heat, food and communications. Those who survived the shelling are dying of disease. The bodies of the dead cannot be buried. The enemy does not allow humanitarian aid to be delivered and do not let the citizens evacuate. Due to the blown-up bridges, the city is divided into two parts. The Deputy Mayor called for the urgent provision of "green corridors" from both sides.
Victims: data is being specified.
