In Chuguev, Russian artillery destroyed a residential 9-storey building

At night and early in the morning, the occupiers massively fired on residential areas of Chuguev with artillery and MLRS. Private households, outbuildings were damaged, a multi-storey building received serious damage from a direct hit by a shell. Power went out in some neighborhoods.
