In Cossack Lopan, two more torture facilities were discovered where Russians mocked Ukrainians

On September 20, prosecutors from the Dergachev District Prosecutor's Office inspected two basements in the village of Kazachya Lopan, where the Russian army tortured civilians during the occupation.

The Russians set up torture chambers in the basements of the railway station and the shop.
