On March 28, Russian troops continued shelling civilian infrastructure in Luhansk region. Thus, as a result of the shelling of the MLRS in the village of Nizhnee, the Severodonetsk region, the houses of civilians were destroyed. One person died, rescuers found 20 people under the rubble.

Also during the day, as a result of shelling by the Russian army, fires broke out in residential buildings in Lisichansk, Novotoshkovsky, Shchedrishchevo and on the territory of one of the forestry enterprises near Severodonetsk.
