In Lysychansk, Russians from Uragan MLRS shot people who came for water

The Russians fired a volley from the Uragan MLRS at the citizens who were collecting water from the cistern. Eight people died, 21 people with injuries are in hospitals, many had their limbs amputated.

Victims: 8 killed, 21 wounded.
