The invaders seek to hide the traces of their crimes in the captured city. In Mariupol, where Russian troops destroyed 50% of the housing stock, houses continue to be demolished. But if earlier the occupiers at least dismantled the rubble and pulled out the bodies of people, now the concrete is taken to the landfill along with the dead. In Mariupol, out of 2,600 high-rise buildings that were in the city before the full-scale invasion, 1,300 no longer exist.
