Last day, Russian troops massively shelled the territory of the region: 116 strikes were recorded.
As a result, three private residential buildings, three garages, a summer kitchen and a car were damaged. Civil infrastructure was also destroyed.
According to these facts, investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of laws and customs of war".
