On March 30, 2022, russian troops illegally detained and then forcibly removed from the territory of Ukraine a 42-year-old resident of the village of Ryzhivka, Bilopyllya community. It is a violation of the requirements of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Population in Time of War.
On the same day, the russian military fired at the territory of Ryzhivka border checkpoint. The nature and degree of destruction are being specified. Under the procedural leadership of the Sumy District Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings were initiated on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war.
