Violating the requirements of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Population, servicemen of the rf Armed Forces during the occupation of Konotop district detained a resident of Konotop, tied and tortured him, and then shot him in the chest. The body of a 41-year-old man was left by russian military on the outskirts of the village Semyanivka, Konotop district. The passport lay next to the body of the deceased.
