The bulker was on its way to one of the Danube ports to be loaded with grain and exploded on an enemy mine. After the detonation, the ship lost course and control, a fire broke out on the upper deck. The captain fixed the ship on the ground.

Boats of the Maritime Guard of the State Border Service of Ukraine and the search and rescue service immediately assisted the crew and brought medics on board. One wounded sailor was treated on the spot, the other was taken to the nearest hospital. His condition is satisfactory.
