On October 28, the Russian occupation troops fired on the Kupyansky, Kharkovsky and Chuguevsky districts of the Kharkov region. Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the local OVA, stated this in a message on his official page on the Telegram social network. "In Volchansk, an outbuilding was damaged, and residential buildings in Dvuhletnaya. As a result of shelling in the Kupyansk district, two women were injured - 43 and 40 years old, as well as a 60-year-old man," the head of the region said.
