In the Izyumsky district, a 44-year-old electrician of the Borovsky Distribution Zone was blown up by explosives during restoration work. He was injured and was hospitalized in a moderate condition.

In addition, a 29-year-old woman was blown up by an enemy explosive device in the market in Izyum. She was hospitalized in a state of moderate severity.
