In the Sumy region, while accompanying humanitarian aid, the deputy head of the Amalgamated Territorial Community (ATC) was captured.

The deputy head of the Nova Sloboda ATC of the Konotop district in the Sumy region has been captured by the Russian soldiers. He was captured at a Russian Forces checkpoint near the village of Peresepky, in Putivl ATC while accompanying a humanitarian convoy.
