In the morning, Russian troops attacked the regional center with S-300 missiles. Residential buildings, infrastructure facilities and other buildings were damaged.

In one of the high-rise buildings, Russian shells pierced the wall and damaged the gas supply system, a fire broke out. The roof and windows were damaged in one of the schools.

Victims: 3 victims.
