According to the investigation, on May 27, 2023, at night, the invaders from the territory of the Russian Federation fired on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Glukhov with barreled artillery.

As a result of the shelling, the roof of a high-rise building was damaged, windows flew out in three private houses, fences and walls were cut by fragments.
