During the first 11 days of the war in Kharkiv 450 civilians are believed to have been killed or wounded. This is reported by the human rights organization Human Rights Watch. Employees of the organization announced the use of cluster munitions and explosives with a large area of destruction by the Russian Federation in densely populated areas of Kharkov.
"Indiscriminate shelling of densely populated areas is a violation of international humanitarian law and may constitute a war crime," the organization said.
Victims: 450 people.
