The kidnapping of Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov by the Russian militarym (VIDEO)
The Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, was kidnapped by the Russian military on March 11 at around 3:45 P.M. Earlier, Fedorov refused to cooperate with the Russian occupation forces.
