Russian troops are again shelling residential areas in Kharkiv. Fires broke out in the city, and columns of black smoke can be seen on the video from the shelling sites.

Russian troops opened fire on Northern Saltivka, the 602nd micro-district, Zhukovskyi settlement and Kharkiv Tractor Plant. A loud explosion was also heard in the city, it is reported that russian shells hit residential buildings.
