Letters of last hope: this is how Mariupol residents are looking for surviving relatives

In the destroyed and partially seized by russian troops Mariupol, without means of communication and the ability to move freely around the city, local residents are trying to find surviving relatives and close people.

The last time such a thing was seen in Ukraine was during the Second World War while the Nazi occupation.

Victims: more than 10,000 dead.
