Rescuers were forced to evacuate over 1,700 citizens of the Luhansk region under constant shelling.
The rescue of civilians from the combat zone in the Luhansk region was carried out under the incessant Russian troops shelling. The Russian army launched rocket and artillery strikes on Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Kremenna, resulting in burning houses, apartments, and social facilities. The boarding school for visually impaired children, a city hospital and three schools were bombed in Rubizhne. There are dead.
