Russian troops deny to establish humanitarian corridor. A city on the brink of extinction.
There is a continuous shelling of civil districts of Mariupol in Donetsk oblast. City infrastructure is damaged. Russian troops do not allow to establish a humanitarian corridor.
People are left without electricity and water.
In fact, 400 thousand Mariupol residents are held as hostages.
Victims: 3 civilians were killed, among them an 18-month-old girl. At least 10 people are injured, according to preliminary estimates. The exact number of killed and wounded cannot be defined at the moment.
