Mayor of Golaya Prystan, headman of Zburyevka and 6 other people were kidnapped by russian troops

On March 28, 2022, armed forces of russian federation, threatening with firearms, kidnapped and held hostage the head of the Golaya Prystan city council Alexander Babich. Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war.

According to the City Council of Golaya Prystan, in addition to mayor, headman of Staraya Zburyevka, Viktor Marunyak, and six other local residents - Korop, Dvorny, Kononov, Chobotar, Toropov and Pashchenko, were also kidnapped.
