The Department of Health of Luhansk region spoke about the operations that doctors perform on children wounded as a result of shelling by russian troops. “Multiple shrapnel wounds, peaceful explosive injuries, wounds on face and eyes… These are terrible diagnoses that doctors face when helping children,” said the Health Department of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.

For small patients, doctors repeatedly performed suturing of the entire body: face, limbs, abdominal cavity, extraction of fragments, immobilization of fractures.

Several complex operations were performed. For example, on the intestines and liver tamponade.
