The Russian army shelled Oskil psycho-neurological boarding house in Kharkiv region. This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Synyehubov on March 11. As a result, the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building collapsed, confined fires broke out. At the time of a direct shell hit, there were 330 people in the building, including 50 sedentary and 10 disabled persons in wheelchairs. Only 73 people managed to get evacuated to a neighboring boarding house. People managed to get in to the shelter, so there were no casualties. In addition, during the shelling of Oskil village, 5 residential buildings were damaged. Preliminarily, there are no casualties. Synyehubov said that such actions of the enemy are "a war crime against the civilian population and genocide of the Ukrainian nation."
