The occupiers struck the civilian infrastructure in the morning of October 21, during rush hour, when there were many people on the streets. Dozens of houses were destroyed. The building of the kindergarten and multi-storey dormitory was significantly damaged.
3 people died, 19 were injured, including an 8-year-old girl. Two victims are in serious condition.
Victims: 3 killed, 19 wounded.
