The occupiers' drone reached the third floor of an apartment building.
The spans of three floors have completely formed, experts believe that the neighboring entrances will have to be demolished.
According to preliminary estimates, up to 50 apartments were damaged, about 20 of them were completely destroyed and cannot be restored.
There is confirmation of the injured and dead — 10 were rescued, the number of dead is being clarified. There may be people under the rubble.
