Last night, the Russians fired two S-300 missiles into the city center. Both exploded near the premises of the Kharkiv regional administration. They have sent their missiles to this area before.
A three-story office building nearby was destroyed. Cars parked nearby were damaged. A large crater formed at the site of the explosion. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
