In the morning of March 13, Russian artillery fired on the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in the city of Severodonetsk, that residents of the city use as a shelter. The building of the cathedral and the Diocesan Administration was damaged, windows were broken.
Civilians are freezing in the shelter: it is 12 degrees below zero outside, and there is no electricity, water, gas supply in the church.
