On the evening of December 4, the occupiers hit Kupyansk with KABs. One bomb hit a residential building. A 40-year-old man was killed, and women aged 40 and 69 suffered acute stress reactions. 5 more private houses were destroyed or damaged.
Another resident of Kupyansk was injured by a Russian drone. A Russian Blyskavka UAV hit a passenger car, injuring a 65-year-old man.
Victims: 1 dead, 3 injured.
