Russian military is holding hostage and torturing the secretary of the City Council of Nova Kakhovka

The secretary of the City Council of Nova Kakhovka Dmytro Vasyliev has been held in the basement of the city police seized building for more than two days.

«The demands of the Russians to Vasyliev are to change his sharply negative position towards Russia to a loyal one. A standard set of physical and moral pressure is applied, including elements of torture», says Dmytro Vasyliev’s wife.
