On May 4, 2022, 15 private cars with civilians of Ukraine left russian-occupied Vovchansk city of Chuhuiv district in Kharkiv region, in the direction of controlled territories. On the way, the column was fired upon by the military of russian armed forces.
On May 6, after the liberation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a number of settlements in Kharkiv region, between Staryi Saltiv village and Verkhnii Saltiv village, six damaged cars from the shot column and four bodies of the dead were found. An investigation has been launched into violations by the military of russian federation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
Victims: 4 people died; information is being specified.
