Russian shelling destroyed Citizens' Security Center in Donetsk region

Direct hits from russian shells severely damaged the building and territory of the Center for the Security of Citizens of the State Emergency Service in the city of Svyatohirsk. Ukrainian rescuers were relocated to the city of Slovyansk.
