The shelling was carried out by Iskander missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. As a result, panels and transformers were destroyed, funnels 6 meters deep and 11 meters in diameter were formed on the territory of the power plant.
It was a targeted shelling of civilian infrastructure, there are no military facilities nearby.
