Lugansk region
Rashists are focusing their efforts on defeating infrastructure elements, leaving settlements without gas and electricity.
On July 30, the Russians killed 3 civilians in the Lugansk region: 2 in Reznikovka and 1 in Maidan. Another 8 people were injured.
Victims: 3 dead, 8 injured.
