Russian troops destroyed 80 % of residential buildings in Izium

In Iziuum city of the Kharkiv region, about 80 % of residential buildings were destroyed due to Russian shelling. According to the estimates of the city authorities, approximately 15-20 thousand peaceful Ukrainians are blocked in the city and neighbouring villages, who are in need of humanitarian assistance.
