Russian troops disrupt the evacuation in Rubizhne

Russian troops are deliberately disrupting the evacuation of the civilian population in areas where heavy fighting is taking place.

So, on April 22, an attempt to evacuate civilians from Rubizhne was thwarted: the bus for the evacuation did not arrive - dense artillery shelling began. The Ukrainian authorities are making attempts to evacuate citizens, as well as bring food into the city by car.
