Olha Novikova, a resident of Mariupol, a cultural figure, the founder of a children’s film festival, received a call from russian military, showed a video of her captured son Oleksii and demanded 5,000 euros for saving his life.
Not for exchange or liberation, but for the preservation of his life. If the money is not handed over by April 25, russian war criminals threaten to torture and kill her son and then videotape the execution.
Victims: 1 captured person.
