It is known that in the Donetsk region 4 civilians were killed and 5 wounded. Information on the Luhansk region is being specified.
About 100 civilian facilities were destroyed, including 81 residential buildings, a fire department, the Siniat construction plant, the Artem farming enterprise, a service station, and the Floresta recreation center. Two filtering pumping stations are de-energized.
