Mykolaiv
The Russian army shelled Mykolaiv residential areas. According to preliminary information, as a result of rocket attacks, the fire covered several high-rise buildings, a cafe, cars, a parking lot, three boiler rooms.
There are cases of cluster shells fragments hitting apartments and injuries among civilians.
The shells also hit the Ingul administration of Mykolaiv. As a result, more than 200 houses and 4 hospitals were left without heat.
