As a result of the hostilities, Chernihiv has significant destruction and damage: according to tentative preliminary data, 101 multi-storey residential buildings (9,652 apartments) were destroyed (has a direct hit).
Another 551 multi-storey residential buildings have various damage from explosions nearby. A total of 37,649 apartments in the city were damaged.
