Russians kidnapped another head of the United Territorial Community in the Kherson region

Russian service members kidnapped the Head of the Mylivska United Territorial Community, Kherson region, Oleh Yakhnienko. On March 28, they took him away in an unknown direction.

According to the First Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Council, Yurii Sobolevskyi, the Russians kidnapped at least 30-40 residents of the region. Russian captives are subjected to psychological pressure and torture.
