Russians kidnapped the mayor of Skadovsk, Kherson oblast. He later posted a video message
russian military abducted mayor Oleksandr Yakovlev and secretary of the executive committee Yuriy Palyukh from the Skadovsky City Council.
Near the city council of Skadovsk, residents demand to release the head of the city.
UPDATED. Later, the mayor of Skadovsk appeared on air and announced that he had been released. Perhaps the recording was made at russians’ gunpoint.
